Paint Finishes

With exceptional pigment strength and a chalky, flat matt finish (less than 2% sheen*) this breathable, water-based, very low VOC and almost completely odourless emulsion radiates colours and tones, whatever the lighting conditions.

Fenwick & Tilbrook Pure Matt is very easy to apply and covers very well, due to the high quality pigments and solid content in our unique recipe.  This quick-drying emulsion allows you to get back into the room asap!  Remarkably for an ultra-matt emulsion, you can gently clean it with a damp cloth in case of mishaps..

A tough and fully washable, water-based flat matt emulsion that has earned a Class 1 wet scrub resistance rating.

The Pure Matt Plus retains the beauty of a flat matt (3% sheen*), but with the added benefits of a truly washable finish.  Perfect for kitchens, bathrooms and homes with sticky fingers or muddy paws!

As with all Fenwick & Tilbrook paints, Pure Matt Plus has an extraordinary depth of colour, exceptional durability and great coverage, often requiring fewer coats than leading paint brands.

Formulated to be tough, and water-resistant with extraordinary pigment strength, the Interior Eggshell is a hardwearing paint finish designed for use on woodwork and walls and is also very effective on furniture. Like all Fenwick & Tilbrook paints, it has extraordinary pigment strength, which, combined with its soft (10%*) sheen, gives it the appearance of a matt lacquered finish. The exceptional chroma, or colour intensity, gives the impression of radiating colour, giving a wide range of tones under all kinds of lighting conditions.

The paint is very easy to apply. It flows well from the brush, covers well and dries quickly to a superb smooth coating. Its durability, strength and resistance to common kitchen chemicals make it an ideal finish for kitchen cabinets.

A water-based eggshell with a satin sheen (20%*), designed to protect exterior timber structures in even the harshest of weather conditions. An outstandingly durable product with exterior grade colourants designed not to fade. Like all Fenwick & Tilbrook paints, it has extraordinary pigment strength.  The exceptional chroma, or colour intensity, gives the impression of radiating colour, giving a wide range of tones under all kinds of lighting conditions.

An ultra-matt (2%) and highly breathable water-based paint finish, specifically designed to be applied to lime plastered walls, which can often be found in older properties.  The breathable nature of claypaint allows any moisture within the wall to escape without damaging the finish. Like all Fenwick & Tilbrook paints, it has a high solids content giving fantastic coverage.

Please note – there are a handful of colours that are not available in Claypaint. Due to the chalky nature of Claypaint, this finish can often make colours appear slightly lighter, with more of a chalky look to the surface painted.  Please bear this in mind.

A water-based masonry paint with a soft sheen, created to protect exterior surfaces in even the harshest weather conditions. With elasticity allowing for natural movement, it is outstandingly durable and resistant to fading.  Like all Fenwick & Tilbrook paints, it has extraordinary pigment strength. The soft sheen of only 15%* allows perception of colour to be sustained even in direct sunlight.

A water-based, multipurpose bonding primer suitable for use on wood, masonry, metal, MDF, melamine, PVC, and ceramic tiles. With a very low VOC formulation, this primer can be used on both interior and exterior projects.
